● The horizontal CNC V-groove machine uses four knives to process "V" grooves, which achieves uniform cutting effects and reduces workpiece deformation. Optional micro-cooling system extends tool life and reduces productioncosts.
●The tool holder slider is made of cast iron, which is wear-resistant and repairable, and its service life is guaranteed to be more than ten years.
●The frame and beams are designed with a frame structure. The overall machine has good rigidity and is durable.Strictly follow the machine tool processing technology and use electric furnace tempering to eliminate welding stress and reduce equipment deformation.
●The metal sheet is fixed with a hydraulic clamping system, which has fast grooving speed and strong clamping force. The hydraulic system features accumulator compensation and servo motors to save energy and reduce oil temperature.
●The base and the beam of the machine are frame structure. After finite element optimization design, the all-steel welding is tempered to eliminate residual stress, and the overall rigidity is good and the precision is good.
