● This machine is a new type of high speed, full servo CNC metal grooving machine.
● The machine tool is made of high-strength steel plates welded and tempered to eliminate internal stress.
● The equipment adopts a platform structure, and the tool holder moves horizontally and vertically to process the sheet metal, ensuring the accuracy of the groove depth in each part.
● The clamp and pressure plate of the equipment are controlled by hydraulic pressure, working quickly, and equipped with an alarm device.
● Adopting high-speed alloy steel gear teeth, large pitch ball screws, and high-precision silent linear guide rails.
● Adopting CNC numerical control system. The operator is easy to learn and understand, and the positioning is accurate.
● Using heavy-duty tool holders and alloy knives, it can achieve high-speed slotting effect.
