It adopts ball screw and linear guide, which is driven by servo motor, and the back gauge is positioned quickly and accurately. The height of the finger is designed from the overall adjustment, and the height of the finger can be adjusted manually.

Upgrade: Rack and pinion synchronization

· There is only one connection point on both sides of the gear rack, with minimal error.

· The gears on both sides move up and down along the rack, with very tight meshing and high synchronization.

· High performance production of gears and racks, heat-treated, sturdy and wear-resistant.

· If there is wear and tear after years of use, the rack base plate can be adjusted, which does not affect the accuracy and can also extend the service life after adjustment.

Ordinary: Twist axis synchronization

· The connector is made of A3 board, which has low hardness and is prone to wear and tear.

· Simple structure, mainly suitable for small processing plants.

· Bending angle limitation makes it difficult to achieve large angle bending.

· Large error, difficult to maintain high stability.

· Easy to produce bending marks, uneven bending method.

· Regular adjustment and maintenance are required, with high demands for repair techniques.
