Introduction To CNC Hydraulic Servo Press Brake

Hydraulic servo press brake, also known as hydraulic servo CNC press brake or hydraulic valve controlled servo press brake.It is an efficient and precise CNC equipment mainly used for bending sheet metal, especially suitable for sheet metal forming in cold-rolled sheet metal processing design.The following is a detailed introduction to the hydraulic servo press brake:

The machine is in an overall welding and overall processing structure, and the main parts of machine are all analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software, which has ensured the reliability of machine and the precision of entire machine.

The CNC control system adopts Netherland DELEM, ltalian ESA, or Swiss CYBElEC products, which can achieve the functions of graphic programming for bending angle, compensation for angle amendment, automatic calculation also adjustment of bending pressure, automatic calculation of compensation for workbench distortion,extending length of workpieces, bending pressure for bottom bending, open distance, and automatic withdrawal of rear stopper etc.

1、 Working principle

The working principle of the hydraulic servo press brake is based on electro-hydraulic servo technology.By inputting bending parameters through the electronic control system, the hydraulic system provides power to push the slider upwards, compressing the sheet into the bending mold.In the mold, the sheet is subjected to pressure and heat, causing plastic deformation and ultimately forming the desired bending angle.The bending angle can be infinitely adjusted through an electronic control system.

2、 Main components

(1)Hydraulic cylinder: The hydraulic cylinder converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, achieving linear reciprocating motion, and is the core executing component of the press brake.

(2)Sliding block: It drives the upper mold to move back and forth in a straight line relative to the lower mold, achieving the bending of the sheet metal and forming a certain bending angle or arc.

(3)Quick clamp: used for quickly clamping, fixing, and disassembling the upper mold to ensure the machining

(4)Front bracket: supports the board to be bent to ensure better bending effect.

(5)Workbench: The distance of movement is controlled by the CNC system to meet the requirements of machining tasks.

(6)Operation control panel: Input operation instructions to control the bending machine to execute processing programs.

(7)Mold: Used for sheet metal stamping forming.

3、 Performance characteristics

High precision: The hydraulic servo press brake adopts a closed-loop control system, consisting of a feedback mechanism composed of a numerical control system, hydraulic control valve group, grating ruler, etc.Through real-time feedback from the grating ruler, the CNC system can analyze the synchronization status on both sides of the slider and adjust it through a proportional valve when errors occur, ensuring the synchronization of the stroke on both sides of the slider, thereby improving the bending accuracy and the repeated positioning accuracy of the slider.

5、 Usage method

The general usage method of the hydraulic servo press brake is as follows:

(1)Turn on the power of the machine and the switch on the control panel, then start the oil pump.

(2)Choose a suitable bending incision, generally choosing an incision with a width of 8 times the thickness of the board.

(3)Press the foot switch to start bending, release the foot to stop the machine from continuing to descend.

(4)Before use, it is necessary to adjust the stroke and conduct testing to avoid damaging the mold and machine.
